How We Test
The rules behind these 6 pages: our sources, our checks and our commercial disclosure.
Check FxProHow a fact gets onto the page
If we cannot say where a number came from, it does not get published. Anything that varies by jurisdiction is checked for KE and not copied from the broker's global page. Figures that cannot be confirmed are left out rather than estimated - a blank is honest, a guess is not.
Money and independence
We earn from partner links. The reader pays nothing more for using one. Nothing here is financial advice, and we are not affiliated with Scope Markets. Commission never changes what a page says. We have no paid placements and no sponsored verdicts.
How we handle changes
Every page shows when it was last reviewed, and the underlying KE material was refreshed on 2026-07-07. When the underlying facts change, we change the page and the date with it - we do not quietly refresh a timestamp.
Where our facts come from
Everything factual on this site is checked against primary sources: the register of Capital Markets Authority (CMA Kenya), governing online forex under the Capital Markets (Online Foreign Exchange Trading) Regulations, 2017. Three licence categories: (1) Dealing Online Foreign Exchange Broker (principal/market maker), (2) Non-Dealing Online Foreign Exchange Broker (STP/agency), (3) Online Foreign Exchange Money Manager. Central Bank of Kenya (CBK) oversees the broader FX market. Register: licensees.cma.or.ke, the broker's own legal documents, and its published trading conditions. We link the register we used (licensees.cma.or.ke) rather than asking anyone to take our word for a licence. For tax and payment questions we use the authorities' own publications (https://www.cma.or.ke/).
What we cannot check for you
No review stays true forever - entities, fees and limits for KE move, sometimes without an announcement. Check the licence for your own country before depositing: the company behind a global brand differs by market.
